Coastal Quality Care provides residential care for young people based on a therapeutic approach. Our young people may present emotional and social difficulties and some challenging behaviour at times. No experience necessary for Residential Support Workers as full training is provided. A full UK driving license is ESSENTIAL due to the nature of the role.
