We are currently offering new starters a £250 welcome bonus but only for a limited time This is a full time position and this will be starting at £10.23 per hour with enhancements at weekends and overtime.

The role of the Senior Care Assistant is to support in the delivery of the highest quality care support services by line managing care workers, so we ask that you have a NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social care and be willing to work towards NVQ Level 3. The role does include some community-based work carrying out a variety of roles throughout the working day, including the assessment and review of individual services and the practical supervision, instruction, and support of care workers. Due to the community-based elements of the role you must be a driver with access to your own vehicle.

**Experience**:

- supervisory: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving License (preferred)
- NVQ Level 2 Health & Social Care (preferred)
