**HOW WILL YOU MAKE A DIFFERENCE?**

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Customer Success Administrator to provide vital operational and administrative support to our Customer Success team. This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth delivery of customer lifecycle processes, maintaining accurate and up-to-date data across platforms, and supporting internal coordination - particularly within systems such as HubSpot.

**VARIED DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- As a Customer Success Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the operational efficiency and data integrity of the Customer Success function. Your responsibilities will include:

- Performing bulk uploads, managing bulk monitoring switch-offs, and overseeing the approval and progression of customer records through internal workflows.
- You will also be responsible for maintaining the accuracy of our CRM system by adding new deals to HubSpot and updating customer accounts following upsells, including the addition of new contracts where applicable.
- Managing user access—adding or removing users as required—and conducting risk assessments to proactively identify potential issues will also form part of your remit.
- You will assist with client onboarding, occasionally stepping in to support Business Support where needed. The role also involves ad-hoc data analysis, such as cross-referencing HubSpot records or reviewing LSEG notes, as well as completing various administrative tasks and ensuring accurate data capture for internal projects and reporting.

- To be successful in this role, you will need excellent organisational skills, a
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with CRM systems, particularly HubSpot, is highly desirable
- Confident in handling data and collaborating effectively across teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Team player but also a motivated self-starter
