**Private Patient Sales Advisor | Spire Regency Hospital | Macclesfield | (30- 37.5 Hours) | Permanent | up to £22,000 per annum + Monthly Bonuses**

Spire Regency is currently looking to recruit for a Private Patient/Customer Service Sales Advisor to join our fantastic team on a permanent basis

Spire Regency Hospital offers a comprehensive range of specialist treatments in purpose-built private hospital facilities in Macclesfield. Part of the award-winning Spire healthcare group, we're world-class experts offering fast access to specialised and personalised healthcare using some of the latest diagnostic and treatment technologies.

**The working hours between Monday to Friday and shifts anywhere between 8 am and 6 pm. 1 Saturday morning will be required in every 2 months. The role will support our Manchester, Cheshire and Regency hospitals. Please note some of your training will also require you to spend time in Didsbury for the first few weeks at our Manchester Hospital.**

**Duties and responsibilities**
- Adopt ethical techniques to convert enquiries to outpatient appointments, procedures or tests
- Meet team and individual targets relating to conversion, revenue and appointments.
- Attend patient information events to represent the company and our services
- Learn skills required to assist in outpatient appointments team as and when required

**Who we're looking for**
- Strong IT and telephone skills are required
- Healthcare experience would be an advantage
- SAP knowledge would be ideal
- Organised and with a keen eye for detail as accuracy is a key requirement for the position
