We are currently recruiting for a **Claims and Validations Administrator** to join our existing team.
**The role**
To oversee the validation end to end process to support contract delivery and maximise revenue whilst adhering to evidence guidelines set out by the relevant governing body.
**You will be **
Making sure that customer and partner accounts are kept up to date, accurate and reconciled.
- Ensure the risk to revenue is reduced by ensuring all claims are validated and evidenced in line with guidance.
- Inputting data into Excel spreadsheets and a variety of computer-based systems, providing regular analysis and reports
- Performing administration tasks and answering any queries raised by staff or partners, in relation to performance and reports
- Work flexibly alongside other members of the team to provide administrative support, particularly in the event of sickness, holiday or pressure periods

**Experience, Knowledge and Qualifications**
- Developed numerical and literacy skills.
- Advanced level Microsoft Excel skills including the ability to create complex formulae.
- Ability to learn several systems quickly and thoroughly.
- Ability to work accurately under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines.
- Knowledge and experience of the employability sector.
