**Head Waiter / Waitress / Head Server**who has experience leading a front-of-house team of waiting staff with the ability to train junior team members and ensure the team provide a first-class customer experience is required for a well-established Italian Restaurant based in Richmond, South-West London.

**SALARY**:£40,000 - £45,000 per annum / £17 - £18 per Hour + Tips + Benefits

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Head Waiter / Waitress / Head Serverwho has experience leading a front-of-house team of waiting staff with the ability to train junior team members and ensure the team provide a first-class customer experience.

Woking as the Head Waiter / Waitress / Head Serveryou'll be the lynchpin of the front of house.

**DUTIES**

Your duties as the Head Waiter / Waitress / Head Server include:

- Lead the front-of-house team to provide outstanding service
- Ensure smooth restaurant operations during service
- Train and mentor junior staff, fostering a culture of excellence
- Operate a section at the highest level and standard, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction
- Providing exceptional customer service and resolving any guest queries or complaints
- Maintaining high standards of presentation and hygiene
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure seamless communication and service
- Ensuring adherence to all health and safety regulations

**CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS**
- Previous experience as a Head Waiter / Waitress or Senior Waiter / Waitress
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A passion for great food and customer service
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
- Fluent English (Italian language skills are a plus)
- A commitment to excellence, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain high standards at all times
