**The Role**
Primary focus**:Supervisor** - leading the team to deliver exceptional service, wine knowledge, and hospitality with flair.
Also: Supporting the floor during peak service, mentoring team members, and ensuring every guest feels seen and valued.
Flexibility and leadership are key, you set the tone, guide the team, and keep the energy high.

**Who You Are**
- You have personality, presence, and the rare ability to make every guest and team member feel special.
- Passionate about South African culture, wine, food, and hospitality.
- Experienced in fast-paced environments, you thrive under pressure and know how to motivate a team.
- You don’t just supervise; you inspire, engage, and elevate the service experience.
