**Location**: Field-based across Citrus client sites

**Hours**: 30-40 hours per week, including early mornings or late evenings depending on business needs

**Rate of Pay**: £12.80-13.00 per hour

Citrus is launching a dedicated **Specialist Operations Team** to handle our most challenging and impactful cleaning and facilities tasks. This new team will be essential to maintaining high standards across our contracts and supporting our mobile and response teams.

As a **Specialist Operative**, you’ll carry out a wide range of duties, including **block management cleaning**, **deep cleans**, **void and hoarder cleans**, **specialist cleaning**, **carpet and jet washing**, **waste handling**, **stock delivery**, and more. You’ll be the problem solver, the fixer, and the trusted hand when the job needs to be done right the first time.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Carry out **block management cleaning** in communal and shared spaces (stairwells, bin stores, lobbies)
- Deliver high-standard **specialist cleans**, including void properties, hoarder situations, trauma cleans, and biohazards (training provided)
- Perform **deep cleans** in both residential and commercial settings
- Use **carpet cleaning** and **jet washing** equipment to complete scheduled and ad-hoc tasks
- Complete **waste removal**, basic grounds care, and bulky item disposal
- Replenish and deliver **cleaning stock and consumables** across client sites and team hubs
- Respond to urgent requests from the Helpdesk or Operations Team to support client needs
- Carry out vehicle checks, maintain equipment, and ensure safety compliance
- Keep accurate records of completed work and escalate site issues when required
- Always uphold Citrus brand standards and present a professional image

**Requirements**:

- **Full UK driving licence (clean)** - Essential
- Experience in commercial or specialist cleaning - Preferred
- Comfortable with manual work and heavy-duty tasks
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow health & safety protocols
- Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Flexibility to support reactive and varied workload
- Reliable, punctual, and accountable
- Willingness to complete additional training (e.g., biohazard, hoarder cleans, COSHH
