The School of Economics is recruiting two, full-time Teaching Associates to join the School for the academic year 2025/26. The posts will start in September 2025 and will continue for 12-months.

**About the role**

As a Teaching Associate you will be expected to:

- deliver innovative teaching for a range of classes in the Economics discipline
- prepare assessments and conduct marking of examinations and coursework
- supervise and examine undergraduate dissertations
- support tutorial groups, developing the group’s knowledge and learning skills
- contribute positively and proactively to the teaching culture, especially considering issues of underrepresentation
- take a proactive role in the pastoral support of students, dealing with sensitive issues
- be responsible for administrative duties

This post will be offered on a fixed-term contract from 1 September 2025 until 31 August 2026. Hours of work are full time (36.25 hours per week).
