Core office hours in Rainham are Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5.00 pm and Fridays 9.00am to 3.00pm. Free parking outside and very near to the office.

**Hybrid Working**

There is an opportunity for th Sales Administrator to request up to two days working from home per week, however, because of the need to collaborate, you will be expected to work in the office for at least 3 days per week.

The business: a successful manufacturing of seasonal gift products who have been established for 25 years and who supply to all major retailers. Their USP is that they provide an end to end service from product design through to delivery to the customer giving them a highly competitive edge. The business owners are successful entrepreneurs and other business interests include a restaurant and distillery.

**Outline of the Sales Administrator role**:
Providing efficient and accurate admin support to the Sales and Account Managers and other colleagues within Product Design, Buying, Facilities among others. Tasks include:

- Setting up and maintaining development trackers, from initial new product development stage to customers’ final confirmed order.
- Collate images and information in presentation format. (PowerPoint)
- Assisting with the management of product samples; liaising with Product Development and Design Teams for mock-ups creation and collating samples prior to customer meetings.
- Collating data to complete customer new line set up forms, technical specifications and other forms as requested by the customer.
- Support accounts managers with monitoring and informing customers of data changes to existing products i.e., cost price changes.
- Using the company SAP database to set up cost sheet templates and updating cost sheets with component prices.
- Creating Sales Order Forms.
- Ensuring cost sheets are sent to the Finance Director for composite VAT rates to be calculated.
- Creating Gold Seal Checklists. Assisting with customer requests for product web images; product/component staging, photography, and image transfer to customer.
- Assisting with the management of the Gold Seal process; setting up and maintaining trackers and sending out gold seals to customers for approval.
- Collating and analysing the market and our competitors by regularly undertaking online and instore retailer range reviews.
- Tracking weekly sales data through customer supplier portals and updating overviews to monitor units sold and sell through against order volumes.
- Reviewing trade magazine subscriptions for relevant articles and maintaining Market Trends library.
