Job opportunity for an office administrative role.
We are a medium sized pest control business. Family owned and run along with our other employees. Increasing workloads means we require some additional support to carry out general office duties and organising jobs. We are looking for an individual who can handle a busy and fast paced environment and fit into our close-knit team.
Duties will include:
- Answering the phone, taking customer details and payments
- Booking in and organising jobs
- Managing our job system
- Liaising with our technicians
- General office duties
Key Skills required:
- Exceptional organisational abilities
- Excellent customer service, communicative and written skills
- Honesty, integrity and commitment
- Be self-motivated, able to work unsupervised and use own initiative
- Good planning and organising skills with the ability to prioritise
- Must be IT illiterate with knowledge of Microsoft programs (Excel etc)
- Good geographical knowledge of the local and surrounding areas
Job Details:
- 27.5 hours per week
- 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM Monday - Friday
- Rates of pay (£18,000 PA)
- Work will be from our well-equipped office on Whitchurch Industrial Estate
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 27.5 per week
**Salary**: £18,000.00 per year
