We are looking for a part time Seasonal Sales Assistant who has a passion and flair for customer service to join our team across the busy Black Friday/Christmas period from October through to January. We are on the hunt for someone who can offer an exceptional customer experience that is welcoming, genuine and in line with our brand values.

You must be able to work well in a team and thrive on pressure. Being able to react to change in a positive but calm way and maintain your professionalism at all times is key. You must be available to work weekdays and weekends. Late nights may be required.

This temp opportunity is part time, from October through to end of January. Providing customer care across our open hours within a department store. Hours will vary depending on the week, ideally looking for a Sales Assistance for maximum 3 days. Therefore require someone that has flexibility in working hours, including weekend cover and evenings (note evening working hours may extend to around 9pm with December shopping hours). Coverage also includes days throughout Christmas period (excluding bank holidays with the exception of Boxing Day).

**Requirements**:

- Drive forward sales, KPIs and company objective
- Always provide the highest standard of NEOM Customer Experience in store to inspire wellbeing
- Proactively identify opportunities to contribute to the wellbeing of our people & planet, fundraise for our partnered charity, through in store events and/or brand partnerships
- Lead and champion our community initiatives providing inspiration and opportunities for volunteering, bettering your stores local community, and ensuring an inclusive environment
