**Marketing & Influencer Executive - Manchester (Hybrid) - Up to £28,000**

Having built themselves a large, international fanbase, our client is at the top of their game and the only beauty retailer that’s on everyone’s minds. As they continue their quest for global domination, the company is looking to hire an ambitious and creative Affiliates and Influencer Executive with a passion for the latest trends.

The Marketing & Influencer Executive will play an integral role in the execution of the influencer strategy and will focus heavily on driving brand awareness through key relationships. A crucial element of this exciting new role will include building a strong group of brand ambassadors, from Instagram models to A-List celebrities no two days will ever be the same. The business is looking for a someone with a sound understanding of influencer culture and knowledge of social media channels specially Affiliates and TikTok Shop. The Marketing & Influencer Executive will also have the opportunity to travel to various events and take advantage of the generous staff discount.

**The Main Responsibilities**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key influencers across a number of different digital channels including TikTok and Affiliates
- Research and identify relevant influencers with a focus on our key territories.
- Offer assistance in the execution of the social media strategy, events and campaigns
- Work closely with the rest of the team in regards to the content strategy and engaging content
- Report on influencer performance on a monthly basis including gifting, affiliates, retainers and paid collaborations.
- Co-ordinate outreach strategies with influencers
- Ensure that all projects are completed within budget
- A minimum of 2 years’ Influencer/Outreach or Affiliates experience
- Experience with TikTok specifically TikTok Shop Affiliate platform
- Proven track record of executing influencer outreach campaigns (paid and gifted)
- Genuine interest and inhouse experience in beauty or fashion marketing
- Fantastic organisational, communication and time management skills
