Key Holder

As a Weird Fish Key Holder, you will have a key role within a brand driven, multi
- channel clothing company. You will need to be enthusiastic, motivated, customer focused and be flexible with the hours/days you are able to work. We are currently looking for a reliable, experienced store Key Holder to work 37.5 **hours per week **with potential overtime. Based at our store at our store at SPRINGFIELDS OUTLET, SPALDING.

You will have the following skills:

- Ability to deliver excellent customer service
- A flair for merchandising and a passion for the Weird Fish brand.
- Ability to supervise store in the absence of both the manager and assistant manager.

**Summary of main purpose of the role: -**
- The Key Holder is responsible for opening and/or closing the store and ensuring that proper store procedures and policies are followed when store management is not on duty or unavailable on the floor. The Key Holder will supervise all employees and oversee sales, merchandising, customer service and all operational functions in the absence of store management.

**Experience Level**
- Previously an experienced sales advisor /Key holder or equivalent in a customer focussed retail environment. Clothing retail experience.

**Main Duties/responsibilities: -**
- To implement high standard of customer care at all times.
- To take responsibility for tasks designated by the manager and to be responsible for store keys.
- Holding responsibilities - maintaining standards in order to meet operational needs of the store.
- To abide by all Weird Fish Rules and regulations.

**Salary**: From £10.30 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
