**Fund Accountant - Interim**

**£300 - £450 per day depending on experience**

Cobalt is currently working with a leading Real Estate Investment Manager who are looking to add an Interim Fund Accountant to their growing team in London.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Preparation of quarterly investor reporting
- Preparation and consolidation of management accounts
- Review the financial reporting of the Fund's vehicles (inc. review of NAV and dividend calculations)
- Assisting with global tax compliance
- Manage and be responsible for the fund's investments performance measurement.
- Assist Fund Controller with the quarterly valuation process, preparing the investment valuations for Fund's quarterly pricing committee
- Managing monthly and quarterly reporting
- Stakeholder management across the investment team, client services, third-party fund administrators and auditors

**Requirements**:

- ACA/ACCA/CIMA - recently qualified
- Audit/ working experience within Real Estate is essential
- Sound knowledge of UK GAAP & IFRS
- Interpret complex financial information
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong Excel skills
