Due to the increasing demand of childcare especially with these fantastic new funding streams put in place by the government and the decrease in settings around us. For the first time in 3 years, we now have an opening for a level 3 qualified Early Years Practitioner to join our family.

We’re looking to develop someone like you as an Early Years Practitioner in a fun and loving environment at our nursery in the heart of Wythenshawe. With our increasing growth, there will be plenty of opportunity to develop into senior or leadership positions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities for children in accordance with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Observe and assess children's progress, documenting their achievements and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to support children's individual needs and development
- Maintain accurate records of children's attendance, behavior, and progress
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children in your care
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities

**Skills**:

- A passion for working with young children and supporting their development
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to build positive relationships with children and their families
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the children and the setting
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Fixed term contract

Pay: £10.00-£12.00 per hour
