Develop and implement technical support strategies according to company goals and objectives aiming to accelerate growth
- Responsible for day-to-day operations of the sales support.
- Responsible for building and maintaining relationship with sales & service team, who will provide pre-sale support to our customers and sales teams on a Brookfield portfolio of products and technologies.
- Manages the leads & opportunities for technical stage support & monitor technical activities in Sales Force.
- Assist in the engineering and selling of products and serve as liaison between the company and customer.
- Engages with leaders of other functional areas to create new offerings, or to craft the plans to execute on an identified need for pre-sale services.
- Regular attendance is an essential function for pre-sales technical meeting with customers.
- Understand the requirements of existing customers & business partners to ensure their needs are being met
- Act to acquire new customers and manage client relationships (new and existing)

To be successful in this role of **Application Engineer** we would love to speak to anyone who has experience of:

- Bachelor / Master's degree in the discipline of Science or Electrical Engineering
- Hand-On mentality with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Attention to detail in maintaining required records and reports
