TikTok Shop is an innovative marketplace fully integrated into TikTok. About the Role
As part of the UK TikTok Shop Operation team, the Creator Agency Partner Lead will join the TikTok Shop creator department, responsible for building partnerships and collaborations with talent agencies and creator networks in the UK market, onboarding them to the TikTok Shop Agency Program as CAP (Creator Agency Partner) and driving the scale, business success and long-term sustainability of CAPs on TikTok Shop. This role will lead a team of Creator Agency Managers working on end to end management of CAPs to support them with onboarding, coaching and developing aspiring TikTok Shop Content Creators (to grow their e-commerce content performance) as well as building comprehensive E-commerce content (LIVE and Short Video) and Brand Partnership capabilities.
**Responsibilities**:
- Make both short-term and long-term CAP development and growth strategy and plan; be responsible for delivering business results including the scale, GMV performance, health and growth of CAPs on TikTok Shop
- Initiate and launch efficient, cost effective programs, activations or Incentive policies to acquire CAPs efficiently at scale, encourage the onboarding, coaching and developing of TikTok Shop Creators to increase the CAP supply and content creator supply through CAPs
- Build long-term and firm relationships and trust with high potential CAPs, drive their E-commerce revenue growth and build top-performing CAP showcases; Develop and scale CAP network and drive engagement and awareness of TikTok Shop Agency Program in the UK market
- Make CAP levelling/tiers system and build systemic tiered CAP management and development strategy to empower and ensure fast growth of CAPs at different stages
- Explore effective methods to support TikTok Shop Creator sales growth including methods on increasing traffic, optimising merchandise recommendation and improving creator's selling skills and so on
- Work hands-in-hands with TikTok Shop Category Teams on programs, campaigns, creator X brand matchmaking activities to fulfil category sales goals via CAPs
- Manage and develop a high-performing team, self-driven and collaborative team
- Deliver insightful reports and analysis to support CAP business development within TikTok Shop
- Initiate and launch efficient, cost effective programs, content strategies, activations or incentive strategies to incentivise and engage creators to gain performance growth (creator GMV level upgrading)
- Make Affiliate Merchandise Strategy and work closely with category teams to drive merchandise supply, quality and competitiveness growth to ensure diverse and quality merchandise offering for creators to promote
- Design and implement Affiliate creator and merchant education programs to equip creators and merchants with enough skillsets and know-hows on becoming successful leveraging Affiliate Service on TikTok Shop
- Work closely with category teams to build impactful and valuable Merchant X Affiliate showcases and amplify them to drive positive awareness among merchants
- Manage and develop a high-performing team, self-driven and collaborative team
**Qualifications**:
- BS/BA and 7+ years of experience working in high-growth environments
- Experience in scale creator/user/merchant growth, result-driven partner development or creator affiliate at internet/e-commerce companies with demonstrated ability to develop new business relationships and scale existing business relationships
- High sense of metrics and data awareness
- 3+ year team management experience; A decisive general and a soldier who can fight with the team on the frontline when needed
- Excellent written, verbal, and professional communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently and time manage multiple sensitive and high profile initiatives
