**The Opportunity**
Customer Service Adviser
Location : RSA Office - Manchester City Centre / Hybrid working options available once competent in the role.

This entry level role offers a great opportunity to start a career with RSA as a Commercial Property Customer Service & Claims Handler.
Whilst previous experience working in insurance would be advantageous, you be will provided with all the relevant training and work under the guidance of a very experienced and highly respected Commercial Property Claims team to develop your skill set and expertise.
Once training is completed, you will be given the opportunity to work from home 3 days a week, with 2 days based in our Central Manchester office.
Not only will you learn all about the world of Commercial Claims, this role will also provide a pathway to various career options within our many different business area’s within RSA.
There will also be an opportunity to work towards professional insurance qualifications such as the CII as part of this role
**What We are looking for**
- A keen interest in learning about Commercial Property Claims and what makes RSA a market leader in this area of insurance
- A passion for customer service and a real interest in resolving customer queries
- Good overall IT skills and the ability to learn new systems with training
- Good organisational skills with the ability to manage your own time and workload
- Excellent Communication skills both verbal and written
**The Role**
As a Commercial Property Customer Service & Claims Handler, you will be responsible for approx. 150 live customer claims, from notification through to validation, negotiation & settlement.
- You will be an engaged, vibrant person who has a passion for customer service with a positive approach to organising your caseload.
- You will initially handle claims up to £10,000 with the opportunity to increase your claims authority up to £100,000.
