We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £30,000 per annum. In addition, we offer 20 days holiday (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. **What you’ll do on a typical day**:

- Day-to-day you will arrange the import and export clearance of standard EU shipments, processing the paperwork and moving at pace to ensure a first class service
- A large part of your role will be to transfer various sources of data from our customers documentation to our systems - accuracy and speed will be key for this position
- You’ll be responsible for submitting documentation to HMRC, monitoring progress and correcting any queries through either contact with our customers or internal XPO management
- Every day you’ll be dealing with different stakeholders/customers, you’ll be spinning various plates at any one time and dealing with multiple streams of information from various sources

**What you need to succeed at XPO**:

- Knowledge of export documentation and compliance would be a big plus for this role, your daily documentation will focus around this
- Excellent customer service skills and confidence on the phone, with the ability to communicate effectively in both a written and verbal capacity - this is key to make the role a success
