Digital Waffle is working in partnership with an exciting and growing organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hardworking and self-motivated IT Support Analyst.
**Job Purpose**:
You’ll be working within a fast-paced Service Desk environment, taking ownership of escalated and complex ticket queries and providing direct telephone-based support to staff as necessary.
To be successful in this role you **must**have experience in the following:

- Previously worked on a service desk (2nd line)
- You will have 3-5 years of experience within an IT Helpdesk/IT Service support
- Experience in handling complex technical issues/queries would be advantageous
- You will provide a consistent excellent customer experience and high-quality IT support
