We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Night reception Team Member in both Victor Hotel 3* and Mornington Victoria 4*.

The hotels are located less than a minute walk from each other and are run by the same team members and management

Both hotels consist of 20 rooms each which provides a great opportunity in providing a warm and attentive customer service to our guests and to attend to all the tasks at hand.

As a Night reception team member, you will be responsible in providing an enjoyable stay to all our guests from the first welcome until their departure, have a good level of English and will be able to cope and find a solution to more complicated situations.

The duties will include and will not be limited to:
*Dealing with guests (check-in, check-out and any inquiries guest might have)

*Working with reservation and third-party agent systems to ensure a smooth running of the night

*Completing daily night tasks

An ideal applicant will have previous hotel receptionist experience and will be offered a wage of £10.50 per hour and a full-time, permanent position.

**Salary**: £10.50 per hour

- Commission pay
Schedule:

- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
