Content Creator

As Content Creator, you will join an award-winning marketing team at the world’s largest Engineering Staffing company.

You will:

- Work and develop relationships with the wider business to understand our target audiences thoroughly.
- Create copy for our website, working with the digital team to undertake SEO research and ensure that keyword findings are applied to our content.
- Support the wider marketing team with copywriting for any other digital and printed materials required, such as brochures, case studies and flyers.
- Support the Content Manager with developing content plans for each quarter.
- Track and report on content ROI
- Support ad-hoc marketing projects

**Requirements**:
We are looking for:

- 5 years+ of experience working in a content-driven environment.
- Proven research, writing and editing skills with the ability to drive a project from concept to fruition by shaping the brief and coaching colleagues when capturing footage
- Experience with the full adobe creative suite **(video and audio editing skills a must** - Adobe Premiere / Audition preferred)
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-motivation with a strong drive for success
- Interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships
- Team player and passionate about working collaboratively
- Creative thinker
- Strong organisational skills
