We are seeking **committed and compassionate Residential Support Workers** to join our growing, child-focused team in **Stoke-on-Trent**. This is a fulfilling opportunity to provide vital support to children and young people within a **therapeutic, family-style home** environment.

**Your Role**
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred care and daily support
- Build trusting relationships to provide emotional, practical, and social guidance
- Support and implement personalised care plans
- Encourage and develop life skills, independence, and positive routines
- Maintain a safe, stable, and nurturing home environment
- Transport children to school, activities, and appointments _(driving required)_
- Accurately document progress and maintain compliance with safeguarding standards

**What We’re Looking For**
- A **genuine passion** for supporting vulnerable children and young people
- Excellent **communication, empathy, and teamwork** abilities
- A **resilient, proactive, and child-centred** approach
- **Full UK Driving Licence** and access to your own vehicle - _Essential_
- **NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare** - desirable (or willingness to work towards it)
- At least **1 year of experience** in a residential childcare setting - _preferred_

**Schedule**
