**Salesforce Delivery Director - London** Method Cloud is partnered with a growing Salesforce Partner who are looking to hire a Salesforce Delivery Director as a key strategic move as they expand the business across the UK & EU. This Partner has been operating at a level of excellence over the last few years, and as a Salesforce Delivery Director, you will take ownership of an existing team and project pipeline, and helping the group move to that "next level" as they pursue a Platinumstatus. You will be responsible for both Consulting and Delivery excellence, as well driving commercial value to the company's client base. To succeed as Salesforce Delivery Director, you will need to have a strong technical and programme management skillset, grow the UK & EU operational &strategic headcount, and work with Pre-Sales to build future revenue. This is a key strategic hire and theperson who joins as Salesforce Delivery Director you will need to have a combination of both delivery and commercial acumen. There will be a 3 stage interview process and on offer is a very compelling package of up to £140,000 base salary and a 10% annual bonus. The client is moving to a hybrid working set up and you will need to work from the London office 2 days per week. Requirement - Excellent understanding of Salesforce architecture and knowledge of the wider Salesforce ecosystem. - Excellent knowledge of the Salesforce product suite - Proven background as a Salesforce Consultant - Technical expertise across Salesforce products - CPQ, FSL Pardot, Billing etc - Proven experience managing the design & implementation of technology across multiple projects at a time - Clear ability to build and maintain key stakeholder relationships. - Experience defining strategy, understanding clients' business process, developing requirements and implementing practical business solutions - At Least two Salesforce Certifications (minimum) - Agile or PRINCE2 Certification is an advantage - Ideally have experience in launching Apps This role is being sourced by Method Cloud, a Salesforce Recruitment Company.
