**Overview**: - An opportunity for an individual possessing estate agency experience to join one of the best-known estate agency chains in the Essex area, as the Sales Manager within a busy estate agency in the Loughton area **Job Title**: - Estate Agency Sales Manager **Location**: - Loughton **Remuneration**: - Basic salary of £24,000 (Additional guaranteed earnings first 3 months) with an OTE of between £35,000 and £55,000, Car or Car Allowance, Pension, Life Insurance and Company rewards and incentives **Main Duties**: - An excellent opportunity for an individual possessing estate agency experience to join one of Essex estate agency chains as a sales manager in the Loughton area. - You will motivate, inspire, and manage the team, running morning meetings and coaching sessions. - Working closely with the existing team you will be responsible for driving growth and market share always. You will oversee and participate in all aspects of the sales process. - You will be required to liaise with administrators to ensure properties are advertised correctly and sales complete smoothly and efficiently. - Also, be responsible for keeping abreast of current market conditions and have a good knowledge of your local market developing a reputation for being an expert in your field. - Working closely with your team, downloading new properties that you have brought to the market and agreeing on a suitable strategy to match up potential purchasers. **Key Skills**: - An ability to build great relationships where customers really buy into you as a person and a fantastic record for turning valuations into listings and sales.
