An experienced Educational Health and Care Plan Coordinator to support a caseload of children and young people with Special Educational Needs.
This role will require you to work alongside the SEN Team as the Educational Health and Care Plan Coordinator, preparing plans tailored towards the needs of each individual child as well as elements of assisting and supporting students within the classroom.You will be responsible for a Caseload of children and young people and expected to prepare and attend the SEN panel to seek decisions on requests for statutory assessments. The successful individual will be responsible to facilitate the placement of childrenand young people with special educational needs within appropriate educational settings as adhered towards their educational Health and care plan.
You will also be expected to complete general support for students with different SEN abilities.
**Educational Health Care Plan Coordinator**
**As soon As Possible**
You will also have experience supporting pupils aged 11+ and understand how to tailor your approach so that they are receiving the necessary support and guidance. This role is to begin immediately until July with a possibility for extension.
