**As Deputy Pastoral Manager at Chilworth House Upper School, you’ll be instrumental in creating a setting where a young person in crisis can feel safe.**You’ll be part of a team helping to transform the lives of young people with SEN of primary and secondary ages - educating, inspiring, engaging and realising their potential.

Our new Deputy Pastoral Manager will be committed to fulfilling the potential of each and every one of our Young People, no matter what their educational needs (including emotional and social difficulties,autistic spectrum conditions and speech and language communication difficulties), you share our belief that all young people are capable of achieving great things.
Chilworth House Upper School is a secondary co-educational day special school for pupils aged 11 - 18, for children and young people with complex, challenging needs, the level of care and education must go above and beyond.
