**Personal Assistant/ Support Worker required for a bright, sociable young man - aged 22 - with physical disability using power chair living independently in Larkhall.**

Assistance required to help with evening meal preparation and assist in other household duties to promote independent living.

Assistance to get ready for working from home in the morning and breakfast

Some limited aspects of personal care may be required, mainly prompting.

Desirable Characteristics:

- Ability to cater for evening meals
- Enthusiasm
- Ability to motivate and encourage socialisation

Hours of work: Guaranteed minimum 7 hours per week with overtime available

Days and times:
Monday - Friday Mornings: 8am - 9am

Monday and Thursday 6pm - 7pm roughly - to be discussed at interview

7 hours per week

This will be discussed further at interview

Rate of pay: £10.50 per hour
