We are looking for experienced professionals to join our team who have had some grounding in real-world Dynamics CRM implementations. As a member of this invaluable function, you can expect to work with a whole range of clients - from household names through to more boutique businesses.

You can also expect to receive a tailored development plan alongside any funding & support for Microsoft-related exams and certifications.

Some of the activities you can expect to be involved with include:

- Conducting workshops with clients to gather requirements
- Collaborating with the Sales teams to produce estimations
- Assisting in high-level planning and implementation methodology
- Leading the functional design process
- Negotiating and managing the functional scope to reduce risks for both the client and the company
- Assist the Development teams with the creation of detailed Software Design Specifications
- Conducting training for both clients and colleges

To be successful in this role, you will need to be able to demonstrate:

- Past professional experience of working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementations
- That you have attained relevant Microsoft certifications. The following would be of particular interest:

- MB2-715
- MB2-716
- MB2-717
- MB2-718

Equivalent certifications are also fine

Please note that this role requires a UK-based person.
