**Programme Manager - Cheltenham - £80K**

**_Tasks/Duties_**

The Programme Manager, Digital Transformation will be responsible for working with initiative owners from a range of functions - supporting people to shape their workplans and holding people to account for the delivery of programme outcomes to time and budget.Specifically, your responsibilities will be to
- Work with the Transformation Lead and CTO (Programme Sponsor) to shape and establish the governance framework for our transformation roadmap. Establish and drive the cadence of activity that results in effective implementation of the roadmap.
- Ensure high quality planning, monitoring and reporting on the realisation of value from transformation initiatives; and, identifying and raising risks and issues related to the overall delivery of the programme
- Engage, collaborate and challenge the Function Leads, initiative owners and Programme Steerco to ensure relevant stakeholder groups have been consulted, and that each initiative is on track to deliver the intended benefits as outlined in the transformationroadmap.
- Lead and contribute to working groups to assist initiative owners to design, implement and land solutions that deliver the objectives of the transformation

**Experience and Skills**
- Demonstrated experience managing large-scale transformation programmes across multiple business functions
- Experience in setting, monitoring and reporting on KPIs to a senior audience to ensure programme outcomes are delivered to time and budget verbally and in writing, clearly and effectively.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to simplify the complex, communicate clearly and unambiguously, and explain technical things to non-technical and senior stakeholders
- Experience working on large-scale systems implementations (e.g., Finance systems, People Systems) (desired)
- Transformation experience in a high-growth business (desired)
