We are currently recruiting for a General Catering Assistant at Defra York.

**Location**: York

**Rate of pay**: £11.00 per hour

**Working pattern**: 18 hours per week, Monday - Thursday

**You will be...**
- Serve all food & Coffee to the highest standard and in line with the CH&CO style using the correct tools and presentation techniques.
- To assist with food preparation in kitchen to the CH&CO standard as required
- Clean and wash up all equipment, kitchen and service areas to comply with cleaning schedules
- Handle the till and record sales accuraltey
- To understand and comply with CH&CO and statutory health, hygiene and safety, quality standards including COSHH and HACCP ensuring all tasks are carried out in accordance these standards.
