**Senior Support Desk Analyst**

**An Onsite IT Support Role, Dealing With 1st and 2nd Line Issues, Split Between 2 Sites.**

A busy help Desk split between 2 sites, it's important that you must be willing and able to commute between sites.

You will be providing internal support across both sites on at a level that gives you experience with a broad range of technologies. Acting as a senior figure to lesser experienced colleagues, you can offer knowledge, and guidance with the same pattern workingfor more senior colleagues.

During the hours of **9am-5pm**, Monday
- Friday you'll be working as an internal helpdesk member under the ITIL Framework to prioritise your own incident and request tickets received. They offer training to make sure you have the full abilityto complete any task asked to fix.
