Ian Gibbs Estate Agents Ltd is an independent established estate agent operating in the Enfield area for over 55 years based on Windmill Hill. The practice of Ian Gibbs Chartered Surveyors, Estate and Letting Agents opened its first office in 1968. We have expanded into a multi-faceted business dealing with a wide variety of property matters. We offer services across the full spectrum of real estate needs from sales/lettings to property management to professional advice.

Our company is seeking a motivated team player with excellent communication and customer service skills to join our friendly team. This is a fantastic opportunity and time to join an independent estate agency who are looking to invest for the future.

**Location**:Windmill Hill, Enfield, EN2 (office based, in person)
**Salary basic**:£20-23K plus 5% commission (salary negotiable depending on experience)
**Contract type**:1-year fixed term
**Hours**:5 days per week (40 hours) working 5 out of 6 days (Monday to Friday 9am-6pm, Saturdays 9am-3.30pm)

**Main responsibilities for the Senior Sales Negotiator/Sales Negotiator include**:

- Generate and carry out valuations
- Negotiate offers and agree sales on all types of properties
- Nurture sales to exchange / sales co-ordination
- Create and design property market details
- Book and conduct viewings, show properties
- Maintain records to a high standard and in line with data protection
- Assist the Sales Manager
- Offer a high level of customer service, we are a business built on referrals
- Using sales tools such Homesearch and Right Move Plus and other administrative property related tasks.

**Requirements for Senior Sales Negotiator/Sales Negotiator**:

- Property sales experience
- Being a team player is paramount
- Enthusiastic and has a positive attitude to challenges
- Highly organised, ability to multi task and be punctual
- Process orientated, computer literate and can work with CRM systems.
- Offering a high level of customer service at all times
- A full driving licence
