Offshore Renewable Energy Catapult is recruiting a **PROCUREMENT SPECIALIST **to work hybrid to the Glasgow office and provide a compliant, end-to-end procurement service across ORE Catapult.

What will I do?
- Carry out end to end procurement processes for projects
- Procurement administration in line with Procurement Manual
- Run and analyse spend reports
- Maintain and update real time procurement planning schedule
- Provide accurate procurement advice and guidance to internal and external stakeholders
- Provide admin support to procurement team
- Assist and support strategic tender projects
- Carry out compliance checks on external stakeholders procurement processes

What are we looking for?
- Relevant demonstrable procurement experience
- Possess, or studying towards, CIPS level 4 diploma in procurement and supply (or equivalent)
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint
- Proactive and well organised with good organisational and prioritisation skills
- Accuracy with excellent attention to detail
- Excellent oral, written communication and numerical skills
- Strong stakeholder and supplier management skills
