Working closely with our Talent Acquisition Partner, you will support the recruitment of volume and non-volume vacancies in our Installation Services department across the UK. You'll be comfortable supporting niche and senior roles from advert to on-boarding and will have the confidence and experience to support direct recruitment campaigns.

Supported by our Talent Acquisition Partner, you will also have the unique opportunity to recruit and support our Protect My Property business as well as ad-hoc non-volume roles, as well as support colleagues across our Data Collection team. Throughout the year you will lead on your own assigned projects, providing variety from the day-to-day job and this will allow you to collaborate with the wider business.

**What you will bring to the role...**

**Essential**
- Previous experience of working within an in-house recruitment team or agency environment
- Experience recruiting volume roles (ideally skilled positions)
- Proactive and be able to ‘think outside of the box’
- Capable of working under pressure & multi-tasking
- Highly resilient
- Excellent IT Skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
- Excellent attention to detail

**Desirable**
- Experience of using an Applicant Tracking System
- Previous experience of dealing with confidential information such as employment contracts
