We are seeking an enthusiastic and friendly full-time Dental Receptionist to join our fantastic team at our Scunthorpe practice.

Our receptionists play a vital role in the day to day running of our businesses and therefore we are looking for someone who is highly motivated in delivering exceptional, first class customer service.

Our new receptionist must be able to create a warm, welcoming atmosphere and provide a positive, memorable experience for our patients.

Days/hours ~ Monday to Friday 09:00-17:30. With willingness/flexibility to work Saturdays as and when required.

**Previous experience**:
We are looking for someone who has at least 2 years' experience of working in a reception setting (preferably medical or dental).

**Main responsibilities**:

- Meeting and greeting patients, providing a great first impression
- Booking and amending appointments
- Undertaking opening and closing procedures
- Promoting the practice for new patients
- Making patients aware of our dental services and offers
- Handling payments
- Accessing sensitive information whilst maintaining patient confidentiality
- Supporting the Practice Manager and the clinical team with the smooth running of the practice
- Other reception/admin duties
- The Dental Design Studio provides general & advanced dentistry services in 20 state-of-the art practices located across England (Suffolk, Lincolnshire, Yorkshire, Norfolk, Cumbria & London)._

**Salary**: From £11.00 per hour
