We are recruiting a reliable and punctual individual with a positive attitude and a passion for the city of Oxford to work with us as a sales assistant in the Oxford Tourist Information Centre.

- to learn new software programs quickly.

**What will you do in this role?**

The duties of this position include but are not limited to:

- assisting customers and tourists with a variety of queries;
- providing excellent customer service at all times;
- maintain an organized, clean, and inviting work environment;
- maintain inventory of product in your area;
- assist with the coordination of and check-in process for a number of tours; and
- assisting with various other ad hock tasks assigned to you.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £11.50 per hour

Expected hours: 6 - 30 per week

Schedule:

- Weekend availability

**Education**:

- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Oxford (required)
