We are currently looking for a Contingent Workforce Coordinator to work in the Contingent Workforce Recruitment Team, who provide support across all Functions within AWE. This will be a 12 month fixed term contract.

**Location**:Reading/Basingstoke area

**Salary**:£26,500 - £30,000 (dependent on your suitability and level of experience)

**What will you be required to do?**
- Recruitment of Contingent Workers with the support of our approved supplier
- Liaise with Hiring Managers to collate details of requirements
- Raise job requisitions in Fieldglass
- Support the supplier and Hiring Managers with any queries throughout the recruitment process
- Ensure all required approvals are in place
- Collate all offer details and upload to HR SharePoint
- Submit details to AskHR via ServiceNow
- Download weekly Workday reports to maintain all data
- Provide Resource Managers with updates of contingent worker recruitment
- Schedule interviews for the Contingent Worker and Hiring Manager via Teams
- Ad hoc reporting and reconciliation of data
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of contingent recruitment, Fieldglass, Workday, SharePoint, ServiceNow or Teams would be desirable

This job role is suitable for hybrid working, which is an informal, non-contractual and voluntary arrangement, blending a balance of attendance in the workplace (your permanent duty station) and working from home as a personal choice.
