It started at a pub in Bolton with a £1 bet and a beliefthat things could be done better **More About the Payroll Administrator Role**: As our new payroll Administrator, you’ll be joining a busy department that is crucial in ensuring AO’ers get paid on time You’ll be assisting our finance department in producing monthly payroll records by collecting information from several internal andexternal sources. You’ll also assist with the production of our monthly payroll and the elements that make it up. On top of this, as our Payroll Administrator, you’ll also have general ad-hoc tasks to complete **Here's What You Can Expect To Be Doing As Our Payroll Administrator**: - You'll be responsible for making sure all weekly pay information is collated and forwarded to our provider within set timelines. - You'll need to check payslips before BACS processing by accounts. - You'll help with the distribution of payslips, P45’s and administration of Tax codes for new starters. - You'll support the checking and processing of Pension; Child vouchers & salary sacrifice payments. - We also operate a payroll giving scheme to our AO Smile Foundation and you'll be responsible for reconciling those charity donations. **A Few Things About Our Payroll Administrator**: - Experience of working in a finance/payroll is desirable - Experience in handling sensitive & confidential information - Analysing of payslips - Distribution of payslips, P45’s and administration of Tax codes **Why Choose AO**: Our people are our superpower, and that’s no accident.
