**_The opportunity:_**

I am excited to be partnering with a mid-market private equity backed healthcare provider, seeking a growth driven, dynamic and strategic CFO to support on their next phase of commercial growth. This business is currently doing c £15m EBITDA (grown from £2mEBITDA in 2017) and looking to grow this through both organically and inorganically over the next 2-3 years. The business has a reputation for delivering great-quality service and improving the lives of some of the UK’s most vulnerable.

**_The requirements:_**

This is a CFO position responsible for delivering financial and data insight to the board and investors. We are looking for a CFO who can ensure a high-performing, forward-facing finance function, and partner with the CEO on key strategic decisions and leada successful exit.
