**Locum Occupational therapist - Adult Social Services,**
- **Hounslow,StartASAP - Ongoing - Flexible Hours - Opportunity for 4 long days**
- **£43 Per hour**
- Occupational therapist with experience in Adult Social Care to work on the waiting list of referrals.
- To be part of the Long-term team of OTs, OT assistants and the Sensory team.
- Moving and handling assessment competency
- Equipment provision in the community competency, adaptation recommendation competency
- Working from home policy:

- Majority of time is remote working.
- Can use the office if required or preferred.
- Attendance at meetings and training in person required.
- Qualified Occupational Therapist with experience in Adult Social care
