Bar des Pre´s, Mayfair is Cyril Lignac’s first restaurant outside France and is the international flagship. Its ethos will mirror the original site.

The ideal **Commis Waiter/waitress** will:
- Be well organised and take charge of organising the dispense area
- Run food and support our Head Waiters
- Follow and organise the opening and closing procedures daily
- Polish crockery, glassware, cutlery and restock them where needed
- Ensure a fast and efficient plate supply to the kitchen and the restaurant
- Be a passionate, efficient and good team player
