Interim Communications Manager

We’re working with an established international property company to recruit an Internal Communications Manager on an initial three-month interim basis. Headquartered in Mayfair, this opening represents a fantastic opportunity to support a busy and collaborativeCorporate Affairs team within an organisation that is highly regarded in its field.
This opportunity offers hybrid working options (two/three days in-office per week).
- **Key Responsibilities**
Deliver internal communications for the client’s largest business area (UK operations), co-ordinating communications targeting London-based employees and supporting other communications initiatives aimed at wider employees as required.
- Working with teams across the business to create content ranging from digital newsletters, intranet (Hub) pages, content for the office environment, videos for the client’s Executive team and more, as part of an integrated communications programme
- Working with the Head of Internal Communications and other members of the Corporate Affairs team to support project specific internal campaigns, employee events and awards to maximise employee engagement - themes for internal events might include a newemployer brand campaign; driving internal engagement around the client’s biodiversity and carbon reduction goals; championing involvement in the client’s 'Greener Futures Community Investment Programme’
- Contributing to the strategic development of the client’s approach to employee engagement and how best to inform and inspire employees to act as advocates for the organisation
- Tracking, analysing and advising on the most effective mix of channels and the performance of different internal communications that are issued
- Providing operational support to internal communications and employee engagement for other parts of the organization
Provide corporate communications support for a range of initiatives promoting the client’s activities. This may include:
- Supporting the content production of the client’s Annual Review as well as dedicated reporting exercises (e.g., Gender Pay Gap Report; Modern Slavery statement etc.)
- Ensuring key sections of the client’s internet and intranet pages are up to date and that content is clear and impactfully delivered

**Key Requirements**
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Working knowledge and strategic understanding of internal communications and employee engagement
- Ability to adapt communications for audiences of varying seniority and technical understanding
- A strategic mind-set with demonstrable sound judgement and the ability to achieve change through perseverance and diplomacy
- Clear demonstration of successful management of projects/campaigns
- Ability to work collaboratively and across all levels of an organisation including senior management
- Well organised and confident handling a number of demanding responsibilities at once
- An effective ambassador for the organization
