Graduate Geo Environmental Engineer, Barking, Essex

Our clients offer environmental consultancy and remediation services for brownfield development from pre-acquisition through to site development. Their customers include land owners, developers, local authorities, housing associations, consultants and governmentagencies.
Having a team of experienced environmental consultants, they offer cost-effective sustainable solutions to all complicated environmental problems. They offer experience-backed advice on the investigation and remediation of sites contaminated from a rangeof historic activities, including gasworks, military sites, landfills, scrap yards, chemical works and bulk fuel storage facilities.
They are now looking to recruit a Geo Environmental Engineer (Graduate with a minimum of 1 years experience however will consider a fresh graduate).
You will be educated to degree level and specialise in Contaminated land & Geotechnical Site Investigation, Environmental desk studies, supervising & managing Ground Investigations, factual and interpretive report writing (must have Phase 1 and 2 Reportwriting experience).
You will be required to have previous consultancy experience within the UK and have a substantial understanding of logging soil & Groundwater samples to British standards, be familiar with gas & water sampling, leading Ground Investigations and client liaison.
