You’ll manage day-to-day accounting tasks, ensure accuracy in financial records, and provide administrative support to our team. **Salary: £26,000 (pro rata)**

Key Responsibilities:

- Financial Management: Oversee accounts payable and receivable, invoices, process VAT returns, book keeping, and prepare financial reports.
- Payroll : Manage payroll processes and ensure timely and accurate payment to employees.
- Budgeting Assistance: Support in tracking expenses and assisting in budget preparation.
- Keep on top of employee expenditure via Pleo, Hubdoc and Xero.
- Invoicing & Billing: Create client invoicing, monitor payments following up on overdue accounts in Xero, paying invoices for business expenses.
- General Administration: Provide administrative support, including filing, data entry, and maintaining financial documentation.

What We’re Looking For:
Essential
- Proven experience in finance, accountancy and VAT management
- Technical Skills: Previous experience in use of accountancy software
- Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.
- Organized: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Team Player: Positive attitude and willingness to collaborate in a small, close-knit team.
- Discretion: High level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Desirable
- Experience - Financial forecasting, budgeting
- Technical Skills: AAT or part CIMA/ACCA qualified with relevant accounting experience. Experience using Xero, Hub Doc and Zettle
