Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- General repairs and maintenance as required
- Basic joinery
- 1st fix plumbing including the ability to repair small water leaks and replacing seals if necessary
- 1st fix electrical work including replacing bulbs, fuses, plugs
- Concrete and/or plastering
- Painting and decorating - preparation, painting walls, ceilings and woodwork (interior and exterior)
The above duties are integral aspects of the role, however there are other tasks involved in the general day to day operations of the business which you will be required to be a part of.
The hours of work will be based on Monday to Friday dayshift. Reasonable flexibility is expected in order to meet the requirements of the business, particularly at peak operational periods. The salary offered is competitive and will be discussed at interview.
