**BASIC SALARY**: £30,000 - £45,000

**JOB DESCRIPTION**: Graphic Designer / Software Trainer / Pre-Sales Support
We're a world leading manufacture and supplier of high value digital flat bed cutting machinery. Our kit is used by Formula 1 teams, luxury yacht builders, the print and packaging industry and more.
To support our ongoing growth we are seeking someone who understands the graphic design production process, from initial design concept through to production sign-off. As our Graphic Designer, Pre Sales Support & Trainer, you'll be using your knowledge of RIPsoftware (Illustrator / Photoshop / InDesign or similar) and your previous track record from the signage industry to support our business in a variety of ways, including:

- Pre-Sales Support/ Demonstrations - working alongside our sales team, you'll demonstrate our graphic design software to prospective clients, showing them how to make their design concepts can be brought to life.
- Post Sales Training - Once the client has bought our kit, it'll be your job to ensure that our software package is seamlessly integrated onto their site followed by the delivery of a comprehensive training program that will help them get the most from theirpurchase.
You'll be based at our UK Headquarters in St Albans most of the time and travel to the clients site to deliver any training - it's anticipated this will be 25% of the your time, but you'll use our new state-of-the-art training suite to run your training programstoo.

- A Graphic Designer from within the signage or point of sale (POS) sector
- A Technical Support / Customer Support advisor (from within the signage or POS sector)
- A Service Engineer with a strong software knowledge and a desire to change roles
Most importantly you'll need to put the customer at the heart of everything you do so you'll be personable, well presented, patient and happy to engaging with all level of client.
