**Assistant Finance Analyst**

Pinpoint Resourcing are currently partnered with a leading Property Company to recruit an Assistant Finance Analyst to join their team. The successful applicant will be ACCA or CIMA part qualified with the view of working towards completion of their studieswith full study support. The role is a hybrid role with 2 days in the office and 3 from home.

**Duties**:

- Ownership of regional bank transaction processing and reconciliation,
- Raising sales invoices and undertaking credit control duties,
- Processing plot deposit and completion transactions,
- Balance sheet reconciliation preparation and variance analysis,
- Checking and distribution of monthly cost reports,
- Submission of monthly CIS submissions,
- Weekly cashflow forecasts and recharge invoicing for Joint Ventures,
- Coordination of payment request forms, ensuring accuracy and sufficient authorisation,
- Assisting in the preparation of schedules as required by Group Finance,
- Supporting the Finance Team in the month-end close process,
- Contribution to ongoing continuous improvement of processes within the Division, and
- Other ad hoc duties as required.

**Knowledge and skills**:

- ACCA/CIMA studier,
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel,
- Willingness to learn and progress,
- Proactive and organised work ethic,
- Attention to detail and accuracy,
- Effective communicator, working well with both with finance and non-finance colleagues, and
- Ability to work as an effective team member

**Salary + other information**
- Paying £30,000 - £38,000
- Flexible working (2 days in office and 3 from home)
- Healthy benefits including study support
