Waiting On Staff

Are you looking for flexible shifts, in a fantastic location and to work within a great team? Hollin House Hotel are looking for food and beverage assistants to work within our newly refurbished restaurant.

Overlooking gardens and fields, the historic Hollin House Hotel sits on the outskirts of Bollington village, but within a five minute drive of Macclesfield Town centre. We have the comfort of the countryside and the convenience of a bustling market town on our doorstep.

The restaurant is open to all our in house and non-resident guests for breakfast and dinner in addition to providing a very popular afternoon tea service every day and not forgetting Sunday lunch

As one of our waiting on staff your main duties will be:

- Ensuring excellent & professional guest service is consistently provided at all times.
- Undertaking general waiting & service duties of food & beverages.
- Following hygienic food & beverage handling procedures.
- Adhering to Responsible Service of Alcohol legislation.
- Any other duties as directed within the scope of job holder's skills & capabilities.
- Ability to work in a team based environment.
- Ability to work a flexible rota including evening & weekend work where required.
- To undertake other duties as required and outlined by the Restaurant Manager.
